Today, Willy Black is the author’s alter ego and the main character of his namesake comic strip. Inspired by everyday life, creator Guillermo Saldana captures humorous, sarcastic, and relatable moments, exposing Willy Black to the universal challenge of existence. Although not one to enjoy the spotlight, Willy Black finds himself at the center of this comic strip. At 40 years old, this grumpy, selfish, and sarcastic character struggles with anxiety in a society that feels increasingly foreign.
