Tom Armstrong
Tom Armstrong, the creator of Marvin, was born in Evansville, Ind. in 1950. While attending the University of Evansville, Armstrong served as staff cartoonist for the campus newspaper, The University Crescent. There, he drew a weekly strip about campus life called Two-S.
