Comics Kingdom at MoCCA Arts Fest
Where indie spirit meets the Sunday funnies
MoCCA is where cartoonists bring sketchbooks instead of banners, where zines sit next to legacy names, and where you can talk to the person who made the thing you’re holding. We’ll be there. Come find us.
Why MoCCA. Why Us.
MoCCA Arts Fest isn’t your typical convention. It’s NYC’s largest independent comics and cartoon festival, with over 400 exhibiting artists and thousands of people who actually care about the craft. Comics feel physical again here. You’re not scrolling. You’re flipping through pages, meeting artists, and seeing how things are made.
Comics Kingdom has history. MoCCA has energy. Putting those two things in the same room just works. It’s a chance to connect generations of readers, introduce classic characters to new fans, and be part of the same creative space where comics are still being figured out in real time.
Independent comics have always been where new ideas start. The DIY mindset still drives everything: make the work, put it out there. That same energy runs through what we do at Comics Kingdom every day.
