Pizza Ovens Are Great When They Work Properly

I would love a backyard pizza oven and was excited to find that our tenants had built one when we were away in Europe (without our permission). Unfortunately, they didn’t build it properly, to the right dimensions and it lets too much heat out to be any good for baking pizza.
