Onward to CxC!

Whew! New York Comic Con just blasted through Manhattan this weekend, with lots of cool comics from tons of amazing creators!  

This coming week, we’ll be heading out to Columbus, Ohio, for Cartoon Crossroads Columbus, a really excellent comic festival now in its second year!

If you’re in the area, do stop by! Most of the events are free, and King Features is proud to be a sponsor of such an amazing and special festival.
On Friday, Brendan Burford will be speaking on a panel entitled CXC Presents: A State of the Industry 2016.  He’ll be joined by other industry leaders to talk about where comics are today (which is a pretty exciting place!) The panel is in the Jean & Charles Schulz Lecture Hall at the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum, and it’s free to attend! It starts at 3PM, but there will be lots of other fun events beginning October 12 and running through October 16!
