Snuffy’ Smith Is Headin’ To East Tennessee!

Barney Google and Snuffy Smith Cartoonist, John Rose, will be a guest once again at this year’s Wilderness Wildlife Week in Pigeon Forge, Rose will be in East Tennessee promoting his new Snuffy Smith book and presenting:
• Bodacious Cartooning For Kids Workshop (space is limited, requires preregistration), Friday, May 20, 1-2 p.m.
• A Bodacious Snuffy Smith Chalk Talk — A general audience program where he will speak about his career as a cartoonist, discuss the history of the comic strip, show samples and draw the characters a large easel for the audience. Saturday, May 21, 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Rose will also be signing copies of his new book, Balls Of Fire! More Snuffy Smith Comics in the exhibit hall both days.  If you would like to purchase a copy of this book, but cannot make it to Rose’s presentations in Tennessee, you can order it here.
