Greetings Comics Royals!
June is Adopt-A-Cat Month. To celebrate our furry feline friends, Comics Kingdom offers this collection of Top Ten Comics on Cats. Comics that regularly feature catty humor include: Rhymes With Orange, Mutts, The Family Circus, Mother Goose and Grimm, Bizarro and Six Chix.
1. Three’s company when you adopt a pair of feline siblings.
2. The Internet, as we know it, would grind to a halt if this “Bizarro” cartoon were ever to come true.
3. Cats have a unique way of welcoming their owners home after a long time away. It’s called the “boycatt” and it’s real!
4. Cats are known to be territorial and possessive as perfectly depicted in this “Six Chix” comic by Rina Piccolo.
5. Cats are finicky when it comes to food … and usually for good reason! Cat food isn’t exactly appetizing to look at or smell.
6. Shedding season is real. People with allergies to cats know this all too well.
7. Always be prepared to dispense love and affection to all creatures big and small.
8. This comic gives new meaning to enjoying a “cat nap.”
9. Sometimes, cats show their affection with odd gestures and returned favors.
10. Finally, if you are thinking about adopting a cat, do it! There is a cat waiting out there for his/her purr-fect fur-ever home. Let it be yours!
