Today’s Strip About Trains

It is a cartoonist’s worst fear that a strip he or she drew and passed in five weeks ago will no longer be funny in light of a terrible event.  That was my experience today.  I was so saddened to learn about the recent fatal Amtrak crash in Philadelphia, and got a pit in my stomach when I opened today’s paper to find my strip about trains on the comics page.
