Lately, it’s been so cold where I live in Virginia that I think we should change the state’s name to Brrrrrginia!   With cold weather in mind,  I decided it might be fun to share a few of my favorite Barney Google and Snuffy Smith comics from years past past that have the theme of cold weather.
