Snuffy Fans Git Bizzy…
Last week readers of the Barney Google and Snuffy Smith comic strip may recall that I had th’ li’l cleanin’ machine, Bizzy Buzz Buzz (above) visit the strip. She was a character from both the newspaper comic strip and animated Barney Google and Snuffy Smith cartoons that had not been seen since the 1960’s. One fan even sent me a photo of his Bizzy doll, complete with carrying case! He said his doll was in such good condition that she would definitely pass the Bizzy Buzz Buzz “white glove test!” I really enjoyed seeing what I believe is Fred Lasswell art on the product label.
