RETAIL Trial in The Providence Journal

The Providence Journal is running Retail as a trial strip this month. It would help me out if fans in Rhode Island (and only fans in RI) sent them an email in support of the strip.

As a side note. The story they printed today gives the impression that I chose to end Gil (which is the strip they’re replacing) to “focus on Retail.” That’s inaccurate. King Features canceled Gil because they couldn’t sell it to enough newspapers. I would have been happy to keep doing it, but those are the breaks when it comes to syndication.
