Every Friday, we will go around the Kingdom and highlight what our cartoonists have blogged about during the past week. Here is what our cartoonists have been talking about this week:
Norm Feuti’s book, Retail: This Is So Bogus My Head Hurts, which is a collection of Retail comic strips, is available for purchase along with a 2014 Retail Calendar that features 12 Sunday Retail comic strips. These items are available for purchase here.
In Dan Piraro’s latest post, the Bizarro cartoonist displays his most recent comic panels and explains the backstory to the drawings. He also includes a 2008 panel from his archives that will surely bring back some funny memories for you Miss Teen America fans. In an earlier post from this week, Dan is giving comic fans an opportunity to purchase a limited edition t-shirt. Purchase it here.
In the most recent Hi and Lois post, Brian Walker explains how a scene from “A Charlie Brown Christmas” inspired him and Greg to create a Hi and Lois Sunday page in 2000. This post is sure to bring back some fond holiday memories for our readers.
If you are looking for a laugh, check out the Blondie website where Dean Young and John Marshall provide us with “A Little Funny, For Our Fans.”
John Rose is a huge Duck Dynasty fan and in his latest Barney Google and Snuffy Smith blog post, he talks about a strip that ran earlier this year that featured the cast of the A&E series Duck Dynasty. John discusses the success he had with the strip and the exciting package that he received from the popular crew.
