When Hi and Chip want to have a father-and-son talk they often go for a walk. Getting out of the house gives them the opportunity to discuss personal issues like Chip’s plans for college, his love life or his lack of grooming.
Although these episodes can run at any time of the year, autumn seems to be the best time for venting teenage frustrations or dispensing fatherly advice. The fall foliage provides a perfect backdrop for meaningful conversations about past mistakes and future goals.
