I hope you all had a lovely weekend, and enjoyed some corned beef and cabbage. In the interest of keeping with the holiday cabbage tradition, I made a tasty little pasta dish with caramelized cabbage, breadcrumbs, and pecorino cheese – from a recipe in last week’s New York Times Dining section. Yum.
Anyway, speaking of St. Patrick’s day, did you happen to see any good holiday themed comics over the weekend? This BIZARRO from last Friday was a gem.
