Taking the Piss Out of Scotland

Yesterday’s post garnered a few comments and emails from folks who remembered my Scottish restroom cartoon from a few years ago. I wanted to post it alongside the others but couldn’t find it. Fortunately, a friend of mine sent it.

This is not the only “kilt” restroom symbol cartoon in existence, of course. Lots of people have come across this idea in various forms. This is one of those cases where I didn’t steal it from them and they didn’t steal it from me; it’s just one of those ideas that ripe for the picking.

You may notice the cameo appearance by CHNW and I: except that she’s not a brunette and neither of us are as heavy as we look here. But it takes place in Scotland, so we’re wearing layers.
