I’ve been pickling a lot of produce lately and the boyf has written a post about it on his blog (including the recipes). Pickling is a great way to deal with the glut of veggies we get at this time of year (especially our courgettes).

The tomatoes were semi-dried at the bottom of the oven as I was using it to bake the beetroot and sterilise the jars.
