Francesco Marciuliano

Francesco Marciuliano

About

Francesco Marciuliano (somehow chant that name three times fast and he will appear in your house completely bewildered and perhaps in mid-shave) graduated Duke University with a double major in English and Professional /Personal Anxiety. A copywriter by trade and a cartoonist by childhood whimsy, Francesco (who goes by “Ces,” a nickname that is inexplicably harder to pronounce than his actual full name and therefore defeats the whole purpose) somehow by good fortune and great mishap landed his dream job in comics strips and is now the author of both Sally Forth and JudgeParker. In addition to comics he has also written several best selling books—including The New York Times #1 Best seller I Could Pee on This and Other Poems by Cats —won two Daytime Emmys for his work in children’s programming, contributed to The Onion, Smosh, McSweeney’s, and had a play produced at the New York International Fringe Festival. Francesco lives in New York City with his two cats, who have yet to chip in for expenses and both wanted to add “SH97obdieh” as they ran over his laptop keyboard in the middle of him writing this copy.
