Q: How can I view comics larger?
A: Move your mouse over the comic image and click on the magnifying glass image to zoom in.
Q: How do I print comics?
A: Click on the printer icon below the comic next to the scissors icon.
Q: How do I share a comic with a friend or relative?
A: We encourage you to share your favorite comics. Simply click on the button corresponding to the way you would like to share: e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Q: What is the Blog?
A: The Comics Kingdom Blog is the place to see the latest news about King Features comics, read special interviews with your favorite cartoonists and get insider information on the cartooning world.
Q: How do Comments work?
A: Tell other users how you feel about a certain strip or panel. You must log in through one of your social network, such as Facebook, Twitter or Gmail accounts or create a new, free DISQUS account. This system is fast and reliable and enables us to moderate the conversation. Comments are visible to all subscribers as well as unregistered visitors.
Q: How does search work?
A: Use keywords to find what you are looking for. Keep in mind that search terms are case sensitive. For example, lower case “apple” means a fruit and uppercase “Apple” means Apple computer.
Q: Can I view Comics Kingdom on my smartphone or tablet?
A: Yes you can. Comics Kingdom is compatible with a broad range of mobile devices.
Q: What if I see a comment that is inappropriate or offensive?
A: Comics Kingdom uses software to detect and remove offensive language. However if you see a comment that is profane or obscene, you may report it to customer service for review and removal at our discretion. Any user found abusing the system or intentionally offending others may have their commenting rights suspended.
Q: Where are the forums?
A: Based on member feedback, it was determined that the forums were not a priority feature. We encourage you to continue your lively discussions through the comments and blog.
Q: I don’t like ads. Can I use the site without advertisements?
A: In order to use the site without advertisements, you have to subscribe to Comics Kingdom Royal, and once you are subscribed, you will no longer see ads on the site.* Click here to learn more.
*Ads are considered to be display banner or other 3rd-party advertisements. Premium members may still see promotions for King Features and their contributors’ products or services.
Q: How can I view comics older than 1 year?
A: In order to view comics older than 1 year, you have to subscribe to Comics Kingdom Royal where you can view deeper archives. Click here to learn more.
Q: Do the extended archives include Vintage comics as well?
A: No, the extended archives do not include Vintage comics, but we are looking at various options for expanding the Vintage availability, based on fans' input.
Q: Why won’t the puzzles work on my computer or device?
A: Interactive puzzles rely on Java and/or Flash code. Please make sure your desktop or laptop computer has the latest version of this software. Puzzles are currently not available on mobile devices.
Q: Why don’t you have ____________ comic?
A: Comics Kingdom displays a tremendous selection from King Features Syndicate. We are always adding to the variety here, and we welcome your suggestions.
Q: Can you search the archives by a specific year instead of by each month?
A: Yes, a drop-down tab to select the year for a comic has just been added to the site. This was based on a great suggestion from comics fans. Please keep the feedback coming!
Q: When are comics updated to show the comic of that respective day?
A: Comics are updated at 12:30 a.m. ET every day.
Q: Where can I find the link to the support form?
A: At the bottom of the home page, there is a “Contact” link. Click it, and it will take you to the support form.
ABOUT YOUR COMICS KINGDOM ROYAL ACCOUNT
Q: How do I sign into Comics Kingdom Royal?
A: In the top right corner, click on SIGN IN, enter your Username or full email address and your password in the appropriate fields. Click SIGN IN NOW. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Q: Where are my Favorites?
A: First, make sure you have signed in. Once you are signed in, click on 'Favorites'. This is located in the upper right corner, next to 'Scrapbook' and 'My Account'
Q: How can I manage or re-order my Favorites?
A: To get a comprehensive overview of your favorites, click on "My Account" at the top nav bar, then click on the "Favorites" tab. There you can select/deselect features for your favorites list.
To sort your favorites, click on "My Account" at the top nav bar, then click on the "Viewing Preferences" tab. There you can re-arrange the order in which you see your favorites by clicking and dragging. Sort them alphabetically by clicking the "Sort Alphabetically" button. Be sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom for your changes to take effect!
Q: I forgot my password. What do I do now?
A: In the SIGN IN section, click on Forgot Your Password?. You will receive an email on how to set up a new password. Upon signing in, you can change your password by going into My Account and changing your password in the Profile section.
Q: How do I notify Comics Kingdom if my e-mail address changes?
A: After signing in, click on My Account in the upper right corner, and make sure you are in the Profile tab. Enter your new email address and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. Tip: Your email address will not update if you leave the Profile tab before clicking Save Changes.
Q: Where is My DailyINK?
A: My DailyINK hasn't gone anywhere. It's now labeled Favorites in the very top menu.
USING THE COMICS KINGDOM ROYAL SERVICE
Q: How do I add the comic or puzzle I’m viewing to my Favorites?
A: Click the heart icon to the upper right of a comic or puzzle to include it in your list of favorites.
Q: How do I choose my Favorites?
A: There are two easy way to make selections. First, make sure you are signed in. If you know which comics you would like to add, click on My Account and select the Manage Favorites tab. Simply check the circles next to the comics/editorial cartoons you wish to add. Drag and drop your selections to choose the order in which your favorites are displayed.
You can also browse our comics and editorial cartoons and add your favorites by clicking the ‘Add To Favorites’ button above each comic.
Q: How do I use the Scrapbook feature?
A: The Scrapbook feature allows you to save your favorite individual comics to your personalized scrapbook to be viewed and enjoyed later. To add a comic to the Scrapbook, simply click the Add to My Scrapbook button located below the comic you wish to save. You can view your Scrapbook any time by hitting the Scrapbook button in the main menu, and you can delete them at any time.
Tip: You must be signed in to add to or edit your personal Scrapbook.
To customize your settings, follow these basic steps. 1. Select My Account 2. Select the Viewing Preferences tab. 3. Use the check boxes to choose where you want each comic to be sent.
ABOUT YOUR COMICS KINGDOM ROYAL SUBSCRIPTION
Q: How will I know when my Comics Kingdom subscription expires?
A: You can check the expiration date by going into My Account and click on the Billing tab. The end date of your subscription will be listed in the top of this tab, along with your renewal status.
Beginning seven (7) days from your End Date, there will be a reminder message at the top of your Favorites page. It will indicate the number of days left on your subscription.
Q: Can I pay with check or money order?
A: Currently, we only accept payment via credit card or PayPal.
Q: Can I try out Comics Kingdom before I subscribe?
A: You sure can! Look for a link to the free trial form at the top of the Subscribe page.
Q: How will I know when my gift subscription has been received?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and their receipt of your gift.
Q: I want to cancel my Comics Kingdom Royal subscription. How do I go about it?
A: At the start of your subscription, you have 14 calendar days to cancel for a full refund. To cancel, go to the Contact form and tell us why you would like to cancel.
Q: Can I pay for my subscription through iTunes or Google Play?
A: Sorry, no. All transactions take place through the website on both computer and mobile devices. That means no more iTunes or Google Play payments. If you had previously subscribed through iTunes or Google Play, you must make sure to use the new web-based payments handled securely through PayPal. Please contact us using the form here if you need help with this new feature.
MY COMICS KINGDOM ROYAL EMAIL DELIVERY
Q: I am not receiving my daily email.
A: First, make sure “Receive your Favorite comics via email?” is set to YES in your PROFILE under MY ACCOUNT.
It is possible that your email service is marking your Favorite comics email as spam. The first thing you should do is check your Spam or junk folder to see if the email is in it. Look for messages from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If it is there, you can set your email service or program to deliver your Favorite comics emails. Here are some instructions for some of the major email services and programs:
When you find your Favorite comics email in your spam folder, look for the grey bar at the top of the message or scroll all the way to the grey bar at the bottom. There is a button that is labeled “Not Spam.” Click this button and Gmail will move your email to your regular inbox.
You can use the AOL Spam Settings page to make sure your Favorites mail does not get filtered as spam. Click here to read the instructions.
You can unblock your Favorites email address specifically so that it will not be seen as spam. Get instructions here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/abuse/abuse-09.html
Look in the “Junk” folder for your Favorites email. Find the yellow warning box at the top of the message and click on “Wait, it’s safe!” Then go back to your inbox where you should find the Favorites email.

Q: I am receiving my email, but there are no pictures in it.
Many email programs automatically block pictures in your email. If this is the case, you can set your email not to do so.
If you do not know how to do this, here are some instructions for some of the major email services and programs:
If the images are not being displayed in Gmail, there should be a green bar at the top of the message that says “Images are not displayed.” Below that is a link that says “display images below.” Clicking on that link will allow you to see the images in that message.
After you click the “display images” link a few times, Gmail should remember that you always want to see images from your Favorites.

Note: If you are getting pictures on AOL but they are looking fuzzy, here is what you can do:
Log On to AOL
Go to Keyword: “Preferences”, then under “Internet Settings” click the “Web Graphics” tab.
Select the radio button marked “Never Compress Graphics” then OK.

Q: I am receiving my email, and the pictures are showing up, but I’m not receiving the right comics.
Click on My Account in the upper right hand corner, next to Scrapbook and Favorites, then click on the Manage Favorites tab and check that you have the right options chosen.
